Who We Are
The Relational Center was founded in 2007 to promote collaborative practices in the fields of human services, professional education, and organizational development. We are a community founded on relational principles. We do not believe in holding individuals solely accountable for their suffering or for the bigger problems of their communities. We look for the systemic conditions that maintain difficulties and challenges and support whole systems to explore what kinds of contextual influences can be adjusted to ensure equity, cooperation and wellbeing in our diverse and complex world.
