Gabrielle Bodzin, AMFT
My approach to therapy is rooted in curiosity and non-judgment, incorporating embodiment, mindfulness, and humor. In our work together, we will explore what an experience of wholeness and embodiment feels and looks like for you, collaboratively strengthening the muscles of self-soothing and self-accountability. Our work will also bring particular awareness to reconnecting the mind to the messages of the body and to the rhythms of nature. I have particular experience working with compulsive behaviors, life transitions, relationship to food, body image, spiritual exploration, and the Highly Sensitive (HSP). For couples, we will address challenges collaboratively, establishing effective tools and skills to communicate boundaries and needs, and deepen intimacy.
