The Relational Center is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation which the IRS has classified as a public charity, eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions under federal tax law. The Relational Center has received this determination based on the fact that our programs and services are delivered to the community at low cost and in some cases at no cost. The Relational Center's tax-exempt status has been granted based on our primary reliance on the charitable contributions of the community, proceeds from special events, gifts from major donors and grants made by private and corporate foundations with whom The Relational Center may form partnerships in order to address shared priorities consistent with our mission.
