Our Leaders
The Relational Center functions on a relatively flat hierarchy, distributing leadership responsibilities in ways that promote collaboration and emergence. Nevertheless, to comply with standards of governance and management as set forth by the various regulatory boards to which we are accountable, The Relational Center makes use of the checks and balances that come in the form of ongoing dialogue among directors, advisors and executive managers.
