Amarrah Campbell, AMFT
(pronouns: she/her)
As a queer, biracial female practitioner, I deeply understand how intersectionality—along with other internal and external factors—shapes an individual’s ability to show up authentically in the world. My role as a therapist is to guide and support you as you navigate these complexities and build a more self-aligned life.
I am trained in relational Gestalt therapy, which takes a holistic approach to healing, focusing on the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. Together, we’ll explore topics such as relationships, sexuality, boundaries, self-esteem, attachment trauma, and intimacy. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow.
Your treatment will be a collaborative process. We’ll work together to develop a personalized plan that honors your unique needs and goals, ensuring that therapy feels both meaningful and effective.
I provide a free 15-minute initial consultation through Zoom or telephone to address any questions you may have. I look forward to connecting with you and exploring if we might be a good fit.
