My approach to therapy is holistic. I believe in the strong connection between the mind, body, spirit, relationships, culture, and the environment. You will find yourself in a non-judgmental, compassionate and safe space to explore your feelings and bring about the change you want to see in your life. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families using mainly trauma-informed, Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Relational Gestalt approach to work in the areas of childhood trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting, immigration, intergenerational trauma, attachment, spirituality, mindfulness, and life transitions.
