I offer a compassionate, empowering space for adults, teens, and intimate partners to tackle transitions, anxiety, workplace or school issues, trauma, and relationship challenges. We’ll work collaboratively and holistically to offer space to process your experience, tap into your embodied awareness, and consider what resources, supports, and changes might shift your experience. Context is key. We won’t just focus on your internal experience, but on how systems (relationships, social norms, work environment, family systems, systems of injustice) impact your wellbeing. I’m trained in mindfulness, somatic therapy, and Relational Gestalt. My areas of interest include anxiety, trauma, life transitions, challenging contexts, and relationships.
