Experience a Day of Mindfulness

Give yourself the gift of this day-long retreat to step out of time and attend to your wellbeing. You’ll learn about mindfulness of the body through talks and various modes of meditation practice including sitting, walking, standing and mindful movement. We’ll make time for Q&A and our lunch break will be preceded by guidance on mindful eating.
