My therapeutic style is active and engaging, with the intention of fostering insight and self-awareness. I am very passionate about holistic health and wellness and I truly believe in the mind-body connection. I work experientially and relationally to assist my clients in reconnecting with their bodies and listening to their internal signals. I use a combination of mindfulness-based practices, somatic interventions, gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and relational therapy. As a certified yoga instructor, I also use basic yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditations to help my clients increase their bodily awareness, process trauma in the body, and focus on the here and now.
