Art Practices for Dream Exploration
In this 6-week, closed, in-person workshop, we’ll learn to integrate the expressive arts with dream analysis practices in a small group. Participants will process their dreams’ messages with the collective power of a group, but also leave with techniques that can be incorporated into individual practices. This group is for ages 18+. Arts supplies will be provided. Participants only need to bring their dreams.

We are closely following city, state, and federal recommendations to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and we are implementing the following preventative measures. Any clients, counselors, or staff that have any COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed to anybody with COVID-19 in the past 14 days are not allowed in the building for any reason. Masks are required in all shared spaces, at all times, for everyone regardless of vaccination status. A signed COVID-19 informed consent addendum is required for all in-person clients.
