Intro to Mindfulness

A 6-week in-person group on introductory mindfulness practices and philosophy.

Group is instructed by TRC community member, Dalia Yasharpour.

Dalia holds a PhD in Middle Eastern Studies and her most recent published book involves the Buddha biographies. She first came to mindfulness meditation thirteen years ago by way of The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Program of Jon Kabat-Zinn. She has been a mindfulness meditation guide for the last several years and will soon graduate from The Mindful Meditation Teacher Training Program. Helping people of all ages and backgrounds to experience mindfulness meditation and mindful movement is where her heart lies.
