Start Your Week Mindfully

Please join us for a drop-in Mindfulness class, we will be exploring the practice of mindfulness and heartfulness using:

  • Short exercises exploring the interconnectedness of body, thoughts and emotions by using breath, body scans and walking (10-15 minute exercises)
  • We will also explore various readings and videos on mindfulness from seasoned teachers and elders
  • Throughout the class we will have opportunity discuss and reflect on our experiences

Mondays from 12-12:30pm
